☆ All orders are personally hand-packed and shipped from Malaysia by me and my dad.
☆ All shipping prices are fixed by the post office and we are unable to lower them for any reason.
☆ Fishbloc is not liable nor responsible for any untracked packages that end up being lost or damaged through transit, and are unable to provide refunds under any circumstances. Please purchase tracked shipping if you want a peace of mind.
☆ I am currently unable to ship to the following countries:
All countries in the European Union, Afghanistan, Israel, North Korea, Northern Ireland, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tajikistan, Timor Leste, Ukraine and Yemen.
☆ Due to recent GPSR laws that were implemented in December 2024, I am unable to ship to any countries in the EU.
You are however able to use other means to purchase such as through a proxy site or through a friend. Otherwise, complying with these laws is mandatory and isn't under my control.
☆ Please allow 3-4 weeks after the pre-order period has ended for your order to be shipped out and for shipping details to be made available.
Once pre-order ends, I will be making arrangements for the manufacturing process. However there are times where there could be delays in said manufacturing process, so your patience is greatly appreciated.
You will receive an email with a confirmation that your order has been shipped after I have posted your order.
☆ All packages will approximately take 3-8 weeks in transit to arrive.
Please also note that shipping delays are expected. Unfortunately, packages can also take up to a few months if held by customs. If you suspect your package is severely delayed, please contact your local post office to inquire about it via your tracking number.
