☆ Can I request designs when ordering the 3L Gachapon Charms?
Requests are currently unavailable. If you would like to guarantee a specific outcome, you may purchase the '5 random + 1 guaranteed' bundle that lets you pick a single design.
If you would like to guarantee more than one design, you may buy the full set or consider grouping orders with other people that will combine into a full set. Find out more about this pooling method HERE.
☆ Will you bring back old products?
I usually discontinue an item permanently after its pre-order date, as the prices I sold at were only possible due to successfully meeting the supplier's MOQ. Although this might subject to change in the future.
☆ What happens if my order arrived incomplete?
Please inquire immediately at my email to be refunded the amount of the item you didn't receive through Paypal.
☆ My item arrived heavily damaged, what do I do?
Please provide your tracking number, photos and videos of your product and packaging to me via email within 2 days after order delivery. This is to ensure that the product wasn't damaged due to misuse of the customer. After reviewing, I am happy to offer a free replacement of the items that were damaged.
Unfortunately at this time, customers will be responsible for all costs such as shipping fees to & from the shop. I am unable to front the shipping for any replacement item, as the shipping rates in my country are very expensive. I apologise for any inconveniences this may cause.
Replacements may be determined on a case by case basis and fishbloc reserves the right to deny any replacement requests if it doesn't abide the requirements.

☆ What countries do you ship to?
I will ship to every country except the following: European Union, Afghanistan, Israel, Northern Ireland, North Korea, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tajikistan, Timor Leste, Ukraine and Yemen. Please refer to the store's Shipping Policies for more info.
☆ Can I change my shipping address after purchase?
Yes, as long as you inquire about the change within 2-3 weeks of your purchase / before I ship out your order.
☆ Where can I track my order?
You are welcome to use Ship24 or Pos Malaysia to track your order.
☆ Why is shipping taking so long?
Please refer to the store's Shipping Policies for more info. Additionally, you are encouraged to contact your post office directly about inquiries regarding your package’s delivery status as I am unable to manage it from my end.
☆ You said the estimated shipping times is 3-8 weeks, but my package still hasn't arrived.
Please note that transit times are 3-8 weeks, processing times by both my local post office and your post office may add on a week or two to this time.
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, and all packages are subject to customs delays, as well as your local postal delays which may cause your package to take up to a few months to arrive.
☆ My tracking hasn't been updated for days, what do I do?
Sometimes there are delays in the tracking updates, especially if the post office is swarmed with stacks of other mail. There even are occassions where postal workers neglect to scan in at checkpoints and unfortunately this is out of my control.
Unfortunately, once your parcel has been posted out of Malaysia, there is nothing I can do about it. Even if I inquire they are unlikely to answer my questions with a satisfying answer.
I can only advise to be patient and wait for at least 20 working days for it to update. For more information, please reach out to your post office as they would be the best way to get the most updated whereabouts about your parcel.

☆ Do you offer returns or refunds?
I do not offer any sort of returns, refunds, or cancellations at this time. I am not liable for lost untracked packages & damaged goods that occurred during transit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. As a buyer you acknowledge these terms by clicking purchase.
☆ Will I be incurred customs fees if I buy from your store?
Please check your country's postal regulations for more information. Customers are fully responsible for any taxes or customs fees that may be imposed on their orders upon arrival.
☆ Do you take credit or debit cards for payment?
Credit or debit card payments are only available via Paypal.
☆ Do you accept any other payment methods other than Paypal?
Unfortunately no, only Paypal is available at this time.
☆ I am unhappy with the state of my order. Can I file a dispute to get it sorted?
